The upgraded facilities have been carefully designed to better support people living with a stoma and now include practical features such as shelves, hooks and mirrors, providing greater comfort and convenience during their visit.

To help customers easily identify these facilities, stoma-friendly signage has also been added to our accessible toilet doors, making it clear that the space has been adapted with their needs in mind.
